Last Minute Posting

This is a last minute post of my 3rd layout  for week 4.
I went out to do a layout that I had started and couldn't feel it happening so pushed it aside and did this one.
My personal theme for the 52 weeks is to do photo's from 2011 however this one is from 2009 but I love it so thought heh, my theme, my right to change my mind.
This is Megan she is my Sisterchick.

This flower in the top right corner was a mistake that I am so happy with. Go figure. Mistakes make for good scrapping.
By the way,
SISTERCHICK n.: a friend who shares the deepest wonders of your heart, loves you like a sister, and provides a reality check when you're being a brat.

Wow To Week 4 Layout

Okay, I had a craft night with Danielle Krivan (http://daniellekrivan.blogspot.com) and Amy Constantine (http://skiptomylou1.blogspot.com) Tuesday night and got 2 layouts done as well as lots of chatting and a great fun night.
So anyhow, I thought my personal rules for the 52 week layout is not a page per week but if I do 2 or even more pages in a week that would only count as 1 week. That way I will not have a big week and have a stock pile waiting to be posted.
Week 4 sees me posting 2 layouts.
The first is of my puppy, who is a naughty little bright light in my life.

I'm sure he thinks I can't see him here. Just a like a little kid. Cute hey.

In this second  layout it’s just some of photos I love is my Apricot tree. I love having fruit trees. The sun comes through them in winter when they are bare and then we use then for shade in the spring summer. On to autumn we get to watch them loose there leaves and prepare us for the coming cold.
Oh and they extra blessing in all this is we get to eat the fruit. I so enjoyed eating fruit straight from the tree and sharing them with the birds. I know people get annoyed   the birds but I love to see them come and share. And yes Hunter does love to share a fresh apricot with me. He also loves banana & grapes. He only eats strawberries if they are cut up. Fussy little bugger.

My Old Blog

I used to have a blog, http://chezloveslife.blogspot.com/ but I can't remember the log in details and so started this one. I have just attached it here so if you didn't know me then you can have a read of how my blog like was before chezziegirl.

Layout 3 Agapanthus...

Okay with the posting of this layout it will have me on track for the 52 layout in 52 weeks. So this is explained in the journaling (which I never do) that I used to hate Agapanthus and have pulled them out of previous gardens but now I love them. Funny hey...

Geoff & Georgi Layout

This is layout No. 2 for my challenge. I chose these photo's from Geoff & Georgi's engagement. I love the photo of them cutting the cake. I was struggling to get my mojo happening and my dear friend Al Hannah popped out for a visit this morning and helped me with my paper selection and it just worked from there.
I still love my pewter pieces that I purchased a million years ago. (No, I'm not exaggerating.)

I had to add this photo that I took of the layout below. Just as I was about to take it, Hunter decided that he wanted to see what an amazing job I had done.

Week I Challenge

I have decided to try out the 52 week layout challenge along with Al Hannah & Dani Krivan.
I am a little behind the 8 ball as I didn't start In week 1 so I have a little catching up to do, but that's what makes it a challenge.
I hope I will improve as the weeks go past, as I haven't been scrapping much lately and feel a little rusty.
So here's No. 1
This is a layout from when we went to the Philippines in February 2011 for our first real holiday.

Apricots

It's been a tough week and last night I was sapped of every bit of energy I had left.
After a terrible nights sleep  and waking up this morning feeling miserable, I started my day in the most amazing way and now I'm going to claim a great day.
I put on the kettle, poured my cup of tea & went outside on the beautiful grass, moist with lasts night due and picked and ate some perfectly ripened Apricots.
When I take it all on my own back and think it's too hard, I just need to spend a small amount of time in the outside world of God's most amazing nature.
